  1. Welcome to Public Contact Server Help.

  3. To get help on a topic, select it from the list to the left. Some topics have subtopics, which you access by clicking the right-pointing arrowhead next to the topic title; the arrowhead points downward and the subtopics appear beneath the main topic. You can reveal or hide as many subtopics as you want.

  5. Context-sensitive Help is available throughout the Public Contact Server application. From the Server status window and dialog boxes, click the Help button to go directly to the related help topic. If you have an extended keyboard, you can also press the help key.

  7. Use the Find feature to search for text.
  8.  
  9. Print a help topic by clicking the Printer icon.
